Canadian goalkeeper Sabrina D’Angelo, who spent the final 4 years with Sweden’s Vittsjo GIK, has signed with Arsenal.

The 29-year-old from Welland, Ont., performed collegiate soccer at South Carolina earlier than becoming a member of the NWSL’s Western New York Flash in 2015. She moved to the North Carolina Courage in 2017.
D’Angelo went to Europe in 2019, making 70 appearances in complete for Vittsjo GIK. A torn anterior cruciate ligament sidelined her in 2020.
She was 14 when she made her debut within the Canadian youth program in 2007. She received her first senior cap at 22 on the Algarve Cup in March 2016.
The different Arsenal goalkeepers are Austrian worldwide Manuela Zinsberger, who received the league’s Golden Globe Award final season after conserving 13 clear sheets, and American Kaylan Marckese.
