Sky Sports will now present Wigan vs Salford in Super League Round Six as a result of Wakefield pitch points

Sky Sports will present Wigan Warriors vs Salford Red Devils in Super League Round Six instead of Wakefield Trinity vs Hull KR, after an RFL request as a result of pitch points at Wakefield.

The televised fixture modification for Friday March 24 was confirmed on Thursday.

“This change from the initially scheduled fixture, between Wakefield Trinity and Hull KR, has been requested by the RFL and RL Commercial following the latest points relating to the taking part in floor on the Be Well Support Stadium,” a Super League assertion confirmed.

“The RFL and RL Commercial are grateful to all concerned – the 4 golf equipment, and Sky Sports – for his or her co-operation, and stress that the Wakefield versus Hull KR fixture stays scheduled for the Be Well Support Stadium on March 24.

The televised fixture modification comes after an RFL and RL Commercial request relating to points with the taking part in floor on the Be Well Support Stadium

“But that continues to be topic to a pitch inspection early subsequent week, so this modification has been made to supply readability for supporters, viewers and for Sky Sports.”
